2025 APPLICATION NOW OPEN
The Devils Youth Foundation is proud to partners with New Jersey Devils Alumni Martin Brodeur, Andy Greene, Bryce Salvador, Ken Daneyko, Bruce Driver, and Travis Zajac to award an annual scholarship to 10 New Jersey High School Seniors.
Eligibility for the Devils Youth Foundation Scholarship Program
Candidates must:
- Be New Jersey residents.
- Be citizens of the United States.
- Be current High School Seniors attending high school in New Jersey (public or private), graduating in Spring 2025.
- Plan to continue their education in the next school year by enrolling full-time at an accredited four-year college or university, a two-year community college or a recognized trade program.
- Demonstrate their commitment to their studies, their communities, and the sport of hockey.
- Have some experience in hockey (with experience playing hockey as a “plus factor”, but do not need to be playing currently or have plans to play in college).
- Have some experience in community service or volunteer work.
Application Guidelines
To apply for the 2025 New Jersey Devils Alumni Scholarship, please follow the instructions below:
- Click the ‘Application Open’ button and go to https://aim.applyISTS.net/DevilsYouthFoundation.
- Click the “Don’t have an account? Register!” link and follow the instructions to create a new account or log in to an existing account. You should then be redirected to the application form.
- Note: If you are instead directed to the ISTS Home Page, click the Add New Application button, enter the Program Key: DevilsYouthFoundation (one word) and click Apply Now.
- Complete all required fields, upload your required documents, and submit your application.

Application/Award Timeline
- January 15, 2025 – Scholarship applications open.
- March 15, 2025 – Applicants must complete and submit all application materials by the application deadline.
- Recipients notified by April 15, 2025.
- Luncheon held at Prudential Center TBD
Application Requirements
- Two letters of recommendation (from non-family members).
- Current GPA (copy of school transcript is required).
- Basic information about the applicant.
- Written essay covering the following topics:
- What is the impact of hockey on your life and what lessons have you learned through the sport that you will apply to their future endeavors.
- What community/volunteer work has impacted you the most and why.
