NEWARK, NJ – MARCH 9, 2022 – The Devils Youth Foundation today announced the Champions Gala, the Foundation’s annual benefit dedicated to bringing life-changing opportunities to youth through the power of sports and entertainment. The Gala will be hosted at Wollman Rink on March 28 from 6:30-9:30PM. For ticketing and sponsorship opportunities, go to devilsyouthfoundation.org or directly purchase here.

The Champions Gala will feature an exciting lineup of appearances from current USA Olympic champions Erin Jackson, Elana Meyers Taylor, USA Paralympian Jack Wallace, USA Olympic champion and Devils Manager, Player Development Meghan Duggan and Devils’ legends Martin Brodeur, Scott Stevens, Ken Daneyko and Travis Zajac amongst others. Attendees will be able to engage with the champions and legends during interactive activations both on and off the ice throughout the evening, as well as enjoy a special performance by Olympian and 2022 U.S. National Champion Mariah Bell. A silent auction featuring coveted fan experiences and collectable items will round out the evening.

“This amazing group of athletes will tell you that somewhere in their past a family member, teacher, friend or coach gave them an opportunity to succeed, and they would not be where they are today if they didn’t have that positive influence in their lives. This is exactly what the Devils Youth Foundation does for thousands of kids each year in our communities,” said Devils Youth Foundation Chair Allison Blitzer. “We provide local, underserved youth with access to the opportunities, skills, and resources they need to reach their full potential and realize their dreams. I want to thank our friends and partners for their generous support of the Devils Youth Foundation and the Champions Gala. I look forward to continuing to build the Devils Youth Foundation and to create real change in the communities where we live, work, and play.”
