Allison Blitzer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with a degree in American History. She also holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 1994. Mrs. Blitzer was a litigator at Willkie Farr & Gallagher from 1994-2001.
Allison is deeply committed to numerous organizations that support youth development and education. She serves as Chair of the Devils Youth Foundation and is on the Board of Directors of the Sixers Youth Foundation. She is also on the board of Uncommon Schools, which operates an outstanding network of urban public schools serving over 20,000 students. Additionally, she is also a member of the board of University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and serves on Penn’s Trustee’s Council for Penn Women.
Allison currently resides in New York City with her husband David with whom she has 5 children.
